This is a stunning Audemars Piguet Perpetual Calendar in white and yellow 18k gold in an iconic octagonal case. We understand that Audemars Piguet considers this watch as part of its prestigious Royal Oak lineage, a detail confirmed in the extract from the archives!
The watch houses a light satin-finished grey dial accented by champagne-colored sub dials that display the day, month, leap year, and date, while the moonphase indicator sits at 6 o’clock. Its unique "woven bracelet" design in two-tone gold will fit a wrist size up to 18.5cm. The watch is powered by the automatic Calibre 2120/2800, derived from Jaeger-LeCoultre's legendary ultra-thin Calibre 920. This movement was also shared with other horological icons such as Patek Philippe’s Nautilus and Vacheron Constantin’s 222, has been expertly reengineered by Audemars Piguet to feature a perpetual calendar function and a 21k yellow-gold rotor and is fully serviced by our watchmaker. The watch comes with a cardboard AP box, an extract confirming it was registered in 1983.
This is a very beautiful watch that is so slim and hugs the wrist wonderfully. Please get in touch to learn more and let’s do a deal!
