Mouse Coagulation Factor V ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Mouse Coagulation Factor V in biofluid samples, such as plasma. This is a sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . F5 present in samples reacts with an anti-Mouse F5 capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-F5 detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active F5 in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Mouse F5. Detection Target: Mouse Coagulation Factor V Reactivity: Mouse Range: 0.312-20ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.145ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4┬░C This Mouse F5 activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Coagulation Factor V in samples including plasma.
