Product Details

This Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 23 ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of mouse TNFRSF23 in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.

This mouse TNFRSF23 ELISA Kit is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from rat specific for TNFRSF23 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: M30-C155) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for TNFRSF23 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex is added and unbound conjugates are washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB are used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the mouse TNFRSF23 amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from rat, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Mouse TNFRSF23, also known as TNFRH1 and DcTRAIL R1, is a GPI-anchored mouse TNF receptor superfamily member that lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and does not induce apoptosis. This gene is mapped to 7 F5; 7 88.28 Cm. This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily of proteins. The encoded receptor has been shown to bind to the ligand TRAIL (tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand), but to have no signaling capacity. This gene shows elevated expression in mice with diet-induced fatty liver disease. This gene and other family members are present in a gene cluster on chromosome 7. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. ; Immunogen sequence: 369
